Mace lands £ 480m flip at 9 Elms Sq.

9 Elms Sq., south of the Thames

Mace will lead the development of three towers and a podium with residential and retail facilities. The gross improvement worth is £ 480m. The worth of Mace's contract has not been revealed.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the three 9 Elms Sq. towers would be the newest addition to the Vauxhall skyscraper group. The buildings vary from 36 to 54 flooring, with 880 flats unfold over 11,555 sq. meters.

9 Elms Sq. will present entry to the brand new Linear Park, which extends from the three towers to the Battersea Energy Station.

The whole 9 Elms Sq. mission will embrace 12 buildings, with 1,900 new flats.
